I'm Jenny Arredondo, a passionate Senior UX/UI Designer based in New York City.
Born and raised in Mexico City, I was fascinated and constantly inspired by the rich culture that surrounded me while growing up. After high school it was clear that studying Graphic Design was the perfect career move for me but I also knew that it was very important to follow my dreams, grow and develop as a person.
On February 2005 I got a one way ticket to India to backpack through South East Asia. I lived in Bangkok for over three years and later returned to the American continent. In 2009 I relocated to New York and I've been living the most amazing years here since.
Adventure and adapting to change are some of my core values. Experiencing different cultures allowed me to understand humanity on a deeper level, developing empathy and compassion along the way. I'm a great story teller and love to observe people and my surroundings for hours.

During the crazy pandemic times I did a change of career and now I'm an Innovative Senior UX/UI Designer & Project Manager with a strong background in user research, design systems, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration. With proven ability to lead design teams, drive human-centered solutions, and improve product usability. I have an extensive expertise in social media marketing, graphic design, and content creation as well.
After over three incredible years working on a healthcare project dedicated to improving the lives of veterans, I’m now looking for my next challenge as a Senior UX/UI Designer.
During my time in this role, I had the privilege of designing user-centered solutions that made accessing healthcare services easier and more efficient. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I focused on creating intuitive experiences that addressed real user needs, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and empathy in every design.
I’m now excited to bring my experience and passion for human-centered design to a new team, whether in healthcare (specially mental health), fintech, edtech, or another industry focused on meaningful impact. I thrive in environments that value collaboration, innovation, and designing for inclusivity.

I’m not just a problem solver, I’m a problem spotter!
Sketching wireframes and brainstorming solutions to user's problems, trying different ideas and iterating comes naturally to me. I tackle problems from multiple perspectives and I'm always up for a challenge. I'm a detail freak!
In my leisure time, I DJ and produce deep techno, ambient and electronica and carefully curate my podcast "Feed The Raver", a show that has been broadcasted internationally for 13 years and that supports local talents worldwide.
I'm a crazy foodie so you'll often find me enjoying fantastic meals at local restaurants or cooking. I'm also the Co-Founder of "Dos Eagles", a food company and kitchen lab that features culinary experiences and incredible, mind- blowing products.
I'm a proud doggie mom and love to go for long walks as I'm a very active person and I live a very healthy life. I adore books and learning something new every day. I 'm also always planning my next trip and love filling up my passport pages.
Contact me if you would like to collaborate. I'm all open ears, mind and heart!
